Travel With Purpose (“we,” “us”), operated by Pristine Pressure LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Travel With Purpose is an independent travel agency. We use the TravelLock platform (also operated by Pristine Pressure LLC) to manage client communications, including SMS. By using our website, submitting a trip inquiry through our intake page, or receiving SMS communications from us, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

From prospective clients (people who submit a trip inquiry):

• Name, email address, mobile phone number
• Travel preferences (destination, dates, party size, trip type, budget)
• Messages you send to your travel agent through our platform
• Date of birth and mailing address (collected only when signing a booking agreement)

From travel agents (our subscribers):

• Account credentials, business name, agency affiliation, billing information

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your trip inquiry and help plan your travel
• To send automated trip follow-up SMS messages (via TravelLock) — only with your explicit consent
• To deliver booking confirmations and pre-trip reminder SMS (via TravelLock)
• To generate and deliver digital forms (booking agreement, insurance waiver) for electronic signature
• To facilitate payment and booking with a host travel agency
• To operate, maintain, and improve our service

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
• We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.
• We do not use your contact information to send you marketing unrelated to your trip inquiry without additional consent.

4. Service Providers

We share limited information with vendors who help us operate the service, under contracts that restrict their use of your data:

• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — agent subscription payments only (no client payment data is processed here)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting

5. SMS Messaging

When you opt in to SMS messages from Travel With Purpose Agency, your phone number, the exact consent language shown, the timestamp of consent, and the IP address used at the time of consent are collected and stored. Consent records are retained for at least four (4) years as required by TCPA and carrier compliance rules.

You will only receive SMS messages from us if you affirmatively opt in by checking the consent box when submitting the Dream Trip Quiz. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month depending on trip stage.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You can get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We do not share, sell, or rent phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing use.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account or lead record is active, or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

7. Your Rights

• Access the personal information we have about you
• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Opt out of SMS messages (reply STOP)
• Opt out of email messages (use the unsubscribe link in any email)

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encrypted storage. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
