SMS Opt-In Proof & Consent

Travel With Purpose, operated by TravelLock (Pristine Pressure LLC)

This page documents how Travel With Purpose (operated by Pristine Pressure LLC) collects SMS consent from recipients before sending any text messages. Travel With Purpose uses the TravelLock platform (also operated by Pristine Pressure LLC) for SMS delivery and automation. We comply with A2P 10DLC, TCPA, CTIA, and all U.S. carrier requirements. SMS messages are only sent to individuals who have explicitly opted in through the methods described below.

1. How Recipients Opt In

Recipients opt in to SMS communications by submitting the Dream Trip Quiz (intake form) on the Travel With Purpose public intake page. The intake form includes a clear, explicit, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox that the recipient must actively check before submitting the form.

If the checkbox is not checked, no SMS messages will be sent to the recipient, even though the lead is captured. Travel With Purpose can request consent separately through a dedicated consent flow.

2. Where This Happens

The opt-in checkbox appears on the final step of the Dream Trip Quiz on each travel agent's public intake page:

The consent disclosure text is rendered by the TravelLock platform and is fixed in the application code — it cannot be modified by the agent.

3. What Messages Recipients Receive

All messages below are sent from Travel With Purpose and delivered via the TravelLock messaging engine:

  • Follow-up messages regarding the recipient's trip inquiry (via TravelLock)
  • Quote and booking information (via TravelLock)
  • Reminders to sign booking agreements or insurance waivers (via TravelLock)
  • Pre-trip and post-trip reminders (via TravelLock, only after booking)
  • Birthday and anniversary messages (via TravelLock, if date provided)
  • Re-engagement messages for past clients (via TravelLock, opt-out available anytime)

Message frequency varies, up to 16 messages per month depending on trip stage.

Sample 1 — Initial follow-up

Hi Sarah, this is Elisha with Travel With Purpose. Thanks for your trip inquiry to Cancun! I'll have personalized options for you within the hour. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.

5. How to Opt Out

Recipients can opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any SMS message:

STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT

Once opted out, all automated SMS messaging is immediately stopped for that phone number. Opt-out is recorded permanently and honored for all future campaigns. Recipients can re-opt in by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP.

6. Help

Recipients can reply HELP at any time to receive a message with contact information. Support is available by emailing support@travelwithpurposeagency.com.

7. Data & Consent Records

For each opt-in, we store:

  • Phone number and name
  • Timestamp of consent
  • IP address at the time of consent
  • The intake URL where consent was collected
  • The exact consent language shown at the time

Consent records are retained for at least four (4) years as required by TCPA and carrier compliance rules. Recipients can request a copy of their consent record at any time by emailing support@travelwithpurposeagency.com.

8. No Third-Party Sharing

Phone numbers and SMS consent data collected by Travel With Purpose are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Consent is scoped to Travel With Purpose for trip communications, and the TravelLock platform is used solely for operational message delivery on our behalf.
