Travel With Purpose, operated by TravelLock (Pristine Pressure LLC)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Travel With Purpose (“we,” “us”), an independent travel agency operated by Pristine Pressure LLC. This includes our website, our intake page and Dream Trip Quiz, and all SMS and email communications we send (delivered via the TravelLock platform, also operated by Pristine Pressure LLC). By using our service or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an agent account, submit a trip inquiry, or consent to SMS messages from us.

2. Agent Accounts & Subscription

  • Travel agents subscribe to TravelLock on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.
  • Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the agent dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Agents are responsible for the accuracy of information in their profile and for complying with all applicable laws when communicating with clients.

3. Trip Inquiries & Bookings

TravelLock is a communication and workflow tool used by independent travel agents. TravelLock does not itself sell travel, process booking payments, or act as a travel supplier. All travel arrangements are booked by your travel agent through their host agency and are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of those suppliers.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam messages
  • Import contact lists for which you do not have clear, verifiable consent
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act
  • Interfere with or attempt to access the service in ways we have not authorized

5. SMS Program Terms

Program name: Travel With Purpose Trip Reminders

Delivered via: TravelLock messaging engine (operated by Pristine Pressure LLC), routed through Twilio.

Description: Automated and agent-initiated trip follow-up messages, quote reminders, booking confirmations, form delivery, pre-trip reminders, post-trip check-ins, and annual travel reactivation messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 16 messages per month depending on trip stage.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Support: Text HELP to the message sender's number to get support, or email support@travelwithpurposeagency.com.

Opt-out: Text STOPto the message sender's number at any time to unsubscribe from all automated SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been opted out. You may re-subscribe by texting START.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The TravelLock platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Pristine Pressure LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any travel arrangements made through your agent will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelLock and Pristine Pressure LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
